Welcome to the Wright Fitness Water Challenge! This challenge will be for 14 days, beginning on Monday November 6, 2017. The goal is to drink the minimum amount of water specified for each day. Drinking water is vital to our health whether you work out or not. How you choose to accomplish your water intake for the day is completely up to you.

Below you'll find the days and amount of water for each day outlined for the challenge.

A few tips to keep in mind: Make sure you have access to a restroom (That's most important)! It's called a "challenge" for a reason, its meant to challenge you so don't give up because you feel like you can't do it. Push past how you feel and complete the challenge.  Find a partner that will help encourage you along the way and vice versa.
