PLANK CHALLENGE

 

Welcome to the Wright Fitness Plank Challenge! The Plank Challenge is a 30 day challenge geared towards helping you gain overall core/body strength. Each day you will plank 3X a day for the allotted amount of time shown.  After every few days the time in which you do the plank will increase. Here you will find all the information you will need to complete the challenge.  This challenge is for ALL fitness levels.  Listed below you will find a break down of the days/times for each fitness level.

 

At Wright Fitness we are all about supporting and strengthening one another.  Below you will also find a message board where you can post any questions/comments you may have or you can simply encourage someone else to push forward and complete the challenge. Beginners

Days 1-4 (:15 Seconds)
