JUMP INTO THE NEW YEAR

with the

"Wright Fitness 30-Day Jump Rope & Ab Challenge"

Beginning on January 1, 2018

The Jump Rope and Ab Challenge is a 30 day challenge designed to help you shed unwanted body fat and continue to build overall core/body strength.  The challenge is split into two sections. For the first 15 days your focus will be building up your cardio by jump roping.  Days 1-15 you will jump rope 3X a day for the allotted amount of time shown.  For days 16-30 your focus will be on building core strength.  As with the jump rope portion, the requirement will be to do the required ab exercises 3X a day.  This challenge is for Men & Women at ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Shown below, you will find all the information you'll need to complete the challenge.
