Partner workouts are fun and challenging and you don’t need a gym or weights.  All you need is space, your body weight and your partners body weight (added weights are optional). Working out with a partner pushes you to work harder than you would if you were working out alone. There’s no giving up when you have someone else relying on you to make it through a workout.   Below I have listed (with pictures) a few partner workouts that are sure to challenge your body but also build your strength.
